OPRATION

 Please check all the Equipments and Trolleys.


 Entry the Room Keys

 WD – Vacuum cleaner as per depend on the floor

Precaution

 Entry the key proper time


 While you enter the room always check the door handle proper it locked or not
 Check lost and found.
 Check maintenance .
 Don’t touch guests any Costly item, Articles & Gold, Mobiles.

HOW TO ENTER
 Prior to reporting on a floor the room attendant
 Chek the Room status Report.
 Attend to vacant rooms first, then departure room and finally occupied rooms.
 Don’t go to “Do Not Disturb” rooms.
 Knock the door & enter after 10 seconds announcing clearly ““Housekeeping”
 Open the door with the floor master key.
 Entire cleaning cycle in the room is complete.

ROOM CLEANING PROCEDURE


 Switch off the electrical open the windows for airing the room.
 Remove soil linen from beds and baths.
 Sheke out the linen to ensure that no guest articles are lost in the folds of linen .
 Check for maintenance & enter in the room checklist.
 Check for lost and founds in departure rooms and report to supervisor desk.
 Contact room service to remove the used trays.
 Turn the Mattress side-to-side .
 brush the carpet first .
 Clean the Bathroom.
 Remove the all inside Garbage’s.
 Pick up guest cloths and hang in the closet .
 Collect all lose papers or Magazines and stack them neatly on the desk.
 Replace if necessary items as per standards.
 Dust and replace each item on dressers, bureaus and desks.
 Clean lamp shades with a clean dry duster.
 Disinfect telephone mouthpiece with Dettol & wipe with dry duster.
 Clean Mirror to Glass kit
 Dust closet shelves, Hangers and rods. Supply new laundry bag and replace missing hangers .
 Do the dusting proper all in room.
 Close window
 Arrange furniture if necessary Have a last look at the room.
 Fill the checklist for completion of work.
 Spray the Air Freshener.

BED MAKING PROCEDURE

 Remove all soil Linen from the bed


 Check the Mattress dates otherwise change it
 Take fresh linen made the bade.
 Check the Linen if any stains on the Linen.
 Take one Bed sheet put it on Mattress make a fold of all corners
 Take another bed sheet put it on Mattress after that put it blanket above the bed sheet
 Take bed sheet put it on above the blankets Make a two folds bed sheets from bed heads.
 Fold all corner of three types 1] Cross fold 2] Foot fold 3] Box fold
 Check the all Pillow & cover change the cover if dirty or stain
 Put a bed cover above the bed
 Check again the bed
BATHROOM CLEANING PROCEDURE

> Set our caddy with all equipments & Diluted chemicals
> Take the all Equipments and Machines
> Check the Maintenance of any Leakages or brake s.
 Remove the all garbage from rooms.
 Remove all cobwebs.
 flush the water urinals and WC, put it TLC inside the Urinals & WC.
 Remove the choke up.
 Scrub it proper wall and tiles.
 Scrub the all steel fixture from Nylon scorer.
 Scrub the WC & Urinal pot proper .
 Polish the all steel fixture.
 Wipe the all Floors with Red check Duster & wet mops
 Remove our all equipments from the toilets & keep it out the premises
 Refill the all Toiletries
 Check again all toilets if anything is not cleaned do again.
 Spry the Air Freshener in all corners
 Wash all the HK Equipments & kept in the designated place
 Any maintenance reports write in our log book & informed to concern authority & take the sign.
