Agenda: Suggestion related to Upgradation of Internal Marks of a Subject.
The following points were discussed in the meeting:
i. If a student wants to improve internal marks in a particular subject, he/she may reappear
for the same, after paying a fee of INR 15000 (Theory); INR 10000 (Practical) for which classes may be conducted over weekends or end of the semester pertaining that at least 25 lectures (theory) and 15 lectures (practical) are achieved. The concern department will have to finalize the respective faculty as well as time table for lecture schedule (theory/practical). ii. Payment of INR 10000 (INR) per theory subject and INR 7500 per practical subject will be paid to faculty who-so-ever is taking the classes. No TA/DA will be paid to the faculty. iii. All the Head of the Department agreed to conduct the classes at the EOS or weekends. iv. A student will be allowed to register for a maximum of 4 subjects (theory and practical) in one semester for improvement of his/her internals. However, the subjects registered should match ODD and EVEN semester criteria. v. If a student wants to improve internal marks in a particular subject, in a particular subject, within one year after graduation may reappear for the same, after paying a fee of INR 15000 (Theory); INR 10000 (Practical).
