We are pleased to announce the launch of Office Food At Home for your team working from home
Hope you will find it exciting and that you could see how this can be of great value to your current requirement.

● Company paid meal vouchers for your employees working from home
● Employees can place their orders from the selective restaurants carrying max safety badges or as per preferred
restaurants brands / chains of your choice
● Per day allowance upto 250/- for a single order , you can customize
● Per Day allowance amount if unused will not be carry forward for the next day / future use
● Any excess amount beyond the said daily limit , employees can pay by their own account through multiple
payment options
● Billing will be done based on the actual amount with the max limit set by your org
● GST as applicable
● Since the Scope of work is entirely on a credit basis,it's very important to have your PO / work order/ LOI for
the commencement of the same
● We can plan for a trial for two weeks to see the response and feedback will be analyzed for further action as
appropriate

2. Administration orders for employees
Possible Challenges:
• Correctness of all addresses. Many employees with rented homes
may have moved. Also, Complete residential address with pin code
isn’t as accurate as geolocation delivery boys need.
• Restaurant chain may not be able to cover 100% of the city. Few
employees living in far off location may not be serviceable by the
restaurant.
• Employees won’t be able to track deliveries themselves.
• Even in case of 3-4% error/missed/delayed deliveries, Admin team
may get several complaints and managing expectation may be a
challenge
Support Required:
• Need updated address, name and mobile nos of all employees
• Would require few rounds of data reconciliation for deliverability.
• Control room support on the day of event to track and manage
complaints (for employees raising complaints directly to Admin )
Zomato Recommendation
• We recommend Admin to go with Option-1 and let employees order for themselves. It would allow employees to have meal at a
time of their choosing and from restaurants they would want to.
• It will also have potential for optimizing order bill value as people would end up ordering whatever they need instead of consuming
complete budget even if they don’t need/want to.
• Option-1 would have very limited scope of errors. Very important for a large-scale event like this.
• It would also allow us to use our bandwidth to curate specific menu options, ensuring on-time delivery and work on creating better
experience for all Admin employees.

Additional Suggestions:
• Admin l team can run a “Team Celebration” campaign with employee posting order screenshots/food pictures with specific hashtags
like like #TeamDay #WeAreTogether etc
• For the Admin leadership team, we can explore the possibility of giving a premium experience by:
✔ Giving higher value coupon codes along with Zomato Gold memberships
✔ Curating larger and premium menu offerings for leadership team (say 150-200 users) delivered offline with gifts/msgs.
