a. Possible candidates:
b. Determining a clear set of rules of what Elysium should entail.

V. Continuation of the search for the location of the Giovanni

a. Clarification by Mr. Septimus.

VI. Discussing feeding grounds and restrictions within our Lord’s domain
a. All kindred are required to reside in the rack, sewers or chantry.
b. Feeding rights can be given as a reward or boon, not exceeding a certain
number and the location of the feeding ground should be known.
c. Penalties for residing outside the rack/sewers/chantry without feeding
rights.
VII. Prevention of outbreaks like Angst and rotschreck
a. Requirement for all kindred to “be read” at entering the domain.
b. Requirement for all kindred to reduce their rage and frenzy if needed.
c. Appointment/creation of a new title for the one responsible of this task.

VIII. Aiding our Lord’s battle against the Giovanni

a. Requirement for all kindred to help in this battle and give a certain
number of schemers.
b. Appointment/creation of a new title for the one who will receive these
schemers and appoint them to reduce Giovanni influence in our midst.

IX. Creating a safe place, away from mortal eyes, where kindred can combat each other to solve
grudges.
a. Asking Mr. Al-Qadir to share his wisdom so that we can create this
platform ourselves?
b. Kindred can be hired to combat instead of the accuser/accused his place
for credits or boons.
c. Guarded location where there is only one entrance/exit, for example a
basement.

X. Creating a means of currency that can be used on meetings

a. Slips of paper where both signatures and name participants/number of
credits involved are required?
