Diagnosis:

Dengue Fever
The patient had remittent fever for 3 days with bifrontal headache, body malaise, hypogastric pain.

Differential diagnosis:

EBOLA

Rule in:

 Fever
 Bifrontal headache
 Hypogastric pain

Rule out:

 Gastrointestinal symptoms including diarrhea and vomiting


 Unexplained hemorrhaging, bleeding or bruising
 Weakness and fatigue

MALARIA

Rule in:

 Myalgia
 Fever
 Bifrontal Headache

Rule out:

 Nausea and vomiting


 Sweating
 Chills

INFLUENZA

Rule in:

 Fever
 Body malaise

Rule out:

 Rhinorrhea
 sore throat
 conjunctivitis

LEPTOSPIROSIS

Rule in:

 Fever
 Body malaise
 Bifrontal headache

Rule out:

 vomiting
 chills
 Red eyes
