Please recall that FKY Nigeria Limited had earlier forwarded an invoice requesting the
payment of 10% of the total contract sum amounting to N14, 100, 000.00

In reviewing the contractor’s request, it was recommended that the Estate Department should
confirm whether the Contractor has achieved the Project milestone stipulated in Clause 7.4 of
the Contract Agreement.

In response to the recommendation, the Estate Department has attached a letter certifying the
satisfactory execution of the project milestone duly signed by the GM and DGM.

In view of the above certification by the Estate Department, it is recommended that the 10%
payment in the sum of 14,100,000.00 (Fourteen Million One Hundred Thousand Naira) be
paid to the Contractor.
