MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY

3D Printing Laboratory
We have a 3D printing lab containing three 3D printers available 24x7 for printing parts of
the ventilator if we get this opportunity to help our nation. Sizes of ventilator components
are finalized keeping in view bed sizes of these printers. So, any of the printer could print all
major components of ventilator separately.

Acrylic Fabrication Workshop

Acrylic fabrication is the quickest and cleanest method to build up external case of ventilator
body along with its support structure. Our Acrylic Fabrication Workshop could be used
entirely for fabrication of cases, support structure and electronic covers.

Electronics and Controls Laboratory

A home settled electronics and control laboratory is used to build prototype controls of our
ventilator. This will be the main bottle neck for ventilator production rate however, it could
be managed by taking more labs onboard to build our control circuits and components (if
the production requirement could not be met by our existing laboratory).

Integration and Testing Laboratory

An integration hall with required tools and equipment for calibration, testing and
qualification of developed ventilators is established at our place. This would help for
repeatable qualified products at each level.
