ABOUT THE MACHINE:
TECHNOLOGY : “VISION SYSTEM”
 Clocks the nozzle back leak time (timed pressure
drop or pressure drop for set time).
 To check for seat tightness (wet or dry).
 Built by Aluminum extrusions to meet clean room
requirements.
 PC based data acquisition.
 Wet seat is based on CCD camera 1.3 Mega pixel
(also can be seen visually).
 Haskel intensifiers and zero leak check valve to
build pressure from 0 – 180 bar in 2 secs.
 Testing is based on quality protocol.
 Back leak time display is numerical & graphical.
 Component is given a back illumination for wet
seat testing by a CCD camera for OK and NOT OK.
ABOUT THE MACHINE:
TECHNOLOGY: “CORIOLIS FLOW”
 Flow is measured accurately (r&r within 2ml) using a
mass flow meter which employs CORIOLIS
PRINCIPLE.
 To measure the amount of flow through the nozzle
(valve in / valve out).
 Measures the flow through Nozzle.
 Grades the components according to the flow value.
 Flow is measured by a mass flow meter (0 – 80 LPH).
 Back pressure and DQ options are available.
 Filtration unit ensures trouble free measurement.
 Pressure dampener is used for higher accuracy.

ABOUT THE MACHINE:
TECHNOLOGY: “PID CLOSED
LOOP SERVO VALVES”
 Flow is measured by a mass flow meter
based on coriolis principle. Values can be
read with a resolution of 0.1 ml.
 Process pressure is maintained by servo
system within 100 +/- 0.2 bar.
 Druck re- rangable pressure sensors are
used for closed loop feedback.
 Back pressure is regulated by a servo
proportional control valve.
 In line high pressure filtration of 3m –
PALL make is used.
 SS pressure dampener is used to reduce
the pulsations and hence a higher
accuracy of measurement is guaranteed.

shooting guide.
