Job Description of Front Desk:

a) Greet and welcome guests


b) Make and receive calls and forward to the concerned departments
c) Handle all incoming and outgoing emails of the office
d) Maintain a register of resource persons
e) Support in the day to day administration of the office
f) Maintain daily reports and submit to the management
g) Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or
via e-mail
h) Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up in regular pace
i) Call handling and schedule appointments
j) Performed other duties as assigned by supervisor
