Approx 22 30 38 45 75 cm When making a toy such as this, it is not essential to work to an
height 8¾ 11¾ 15 17¾ 29½ in exact tension (gauge). However, if your tension (gauge) is too
loose, the toy stuffing will show through the fabric and spoil
YOU WILL NEED the look of the finished item. Therefore, make a tension swatch

US B1/C2 [E4: G6: I9: N15]) hook and Yarn C,
make adjustable ring.
round 1 6 dc (sc) into ring, pull up to tighten ring, do not join
round but pm and begin to work in spirals.
round 2 2 dc (sc) in each st around. 12 dc (sc).
round 3 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 1 dc (sc)] around. 18 dc (sc).
round 4 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 2 dc (sc)]
around. 24 dc (sc).
round 5 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 3 dc (sc)] around. 30 dc (sc).
round 6 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 4 dc (sc)] around. 36 dc (sc).
round 7 1 dc (sc) in each st around. 36 dc (sc).

Fasten off yarn, leaving a long tail for closing top of Body.
Thread needle with yarn tail and run around the 6 sts at
opening, pull tightly to close hole, fasten off securely. Weave
in all ends.
LARGE EAR (MAKE 2 PIECES)
With 2.5 [3.5: 4: 5.5: 10] mm (UK 12 [9: 8: 5: 000] –
US B1/C2 [E4: G6: I9: N15]) hook and Yarn B,
make adjustable ring.
round 1 6 dc (sc) into ring, pull up to tighten ring, join with ss.
6 dc (sc).
Change to Yarn A.
round 2 2 dc (sc) in each st around, do not join round but pm
and work in spiral. 12 dc (sc).
round 3 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 1 dc (sc)] around, join round with
ss. 18 dc (sc).
Change to Yarn B.
round 4 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 2 dc (sc)] around, do not join
round but pm and work in spiral. 24 dc (sc).
round 5 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 3 dc (sc)] around.
round 6 [2 dc (sc) in next st, 4 dc (sc)] around, join round with
ss. 36 dc (sc).
Fasten off yarn leaving a long tail for sewing up.
With wrong sides facing, sew together the two discs.

Work in dc (sc) in a spiral until Leg measures

Fasten off yarn leaving a long tail for sewing to Body.
Stuff Legs firmly.
ARMS (MAKE 2)

US B1/C2 [E4: G6: I9: N15]) hook and Yarn C,
make adjustable ring.
