SEVENTH WEEK

 On the first day I had given the checklist of all the assets
and liabilities of the company that wanted to form a LLP

 On the second day, continuing the work of the previous

week, the client gave me a new LLP checklist. Under the
guidance of my mentor, I prepared all the important forms
that were required by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to
form and LLP agreement.

 On the third day, alongside my mentor, I drafted the LLP

according to the checklist that was provided to us by both
the to be designated partners of companies

 On the fourth day we prepared our first draft and sent the
same to the companies for the review

 On the fifth day we made changes as proposed by the

companies according to the applicable laws.
