It is hereby STIPULATED and AGREED, as of March 23, 2012, by and between the

parties hereto through their respective undersigned counsel, as follows:

1. Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is authorized to accept, and does hereby accept, service

of the summons and complaint in this action, effective March 23, 2012, on behalf of defendants

JPMorgan Chase & Co., J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition

Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC, J.P. Morgan Acceptance Corporation I, Chase Home

any rights or defenses available to these defendants, including but not limited to jurisdictional

defenses.

3. Allen & Overy LLP is authorized to accept, and does hereby accept, service of the

summons and complaint in this action, effective March 30, 2012, on behalf of defendant Samuel

L. Molinaro, Jr., without prejudice to any rights or defenses available to Mr. Molinaro, including

but not limited to jurisdictional defenses.

4. Greenberg Traurig, LLP is authorized to accept, and does hereby accept, service

of the summons and complaint in this action, effective March 30, 2012, on behalf of defendant

Jeffrey Mayer, without prejudice to any rights or defenses available to Mr. Mayer, including but

not limited to jurisdictional defenses.

5. Morrison & Foerster LLP is authorized to accept, and does hereby accept, service

of the summons and complaint in this action, effective March 30, 2012, on behalf of defendants

Sara Bonesteel, Marc R. Kittner, Thomas F. Marano and Michael B. Nierenberg, without

prejudice to any rights or defenses available to these defendants, including but not limited to

6. Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP is authorized to accept, and does hereby

accept, service of the summons and complaint in this action, effective March 30, 2012, on behalf

of defendant Jeffrey L. Verschleiser, without prejudice to any rights or defenses available to Mr.

Verschleiser, including but not limited to jurisdictional defenses.

7. Subject to paragraph 8, the time for all defendants to answer, move, or otherwise

respond to the Complaint is extended to May 8, 2012. In the event that any defendant moves to

dismiss the Complaint, answering papers shall be served on or before July 9, 2012, and reply

papers shall be served on or before August 8, 2012.

8. If the Complaint is removed to federal court, the parties shall meet and confer

regarding the submission to the federal court of a proposed schedule (a) for briefing any motion

to remand and (b) for all defendants to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint in

the event that remand is denied. If the Complaint is remanded to this Court, the time for all

defendants to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint shall be sixty (60) days from

the decision ordering remand; and in the event that any defendant moves to dismiss the

Complaint in this Court, answering papers shall be served on or before sixty (60) days after the

motion to dismiss is filed, and reply papers shall be served on or before thirty (30) days

thereafter.
