Application of Low water Surcharge for Paraguayan Destinations

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that Paraguayan Naval Prefecture issued a new resolution restricting
navigation up to 8’ feet in the north area and 9,06’ feet down in the south due to decreasing
river water levels in Paraguay

Hence consequent to draft restriction, the Low Water Surcharge will be applicable to all
cargo loaded for Paraguayan destination via Buenos Aires and Montevideo

Quantum :-

USD100 / Per Teu – Effective 7th April 2020

The surcharge will keep on increasing with decreasing level of water and same have to be
paid at destination by consignee, thus same will be invoiced locally at the destination.

You are requested to take a note of the same
