CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Chattel Mortgage entered into by and between CHARLITA D.

JACINTO, of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Cavite,
Alangalang, Leyte, and hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGOR and JENNYLIND
J. AVILA, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of Brgy. San
Vicente, Alangalang, Leyte herein referred to as the MORGAGEE;

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of a loan obtained by the Mortgagor from

the Mortgagee in the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) and secure
the payment thereof and other incidental expenses that may be incurred by
the Mortgagee, the Mortgagor hereby transfer and convey by way of Chattel
Mortgage to the Mortgagee, her assigns and successor-in-interest that certain
vehicle herein below described;

of which the Mortgagor is the lawful and registered owner of the above-
described vehicle and that Mortgagor hereby warrant that the same is free
from any liens and encumbrances and have not been seized or impounded by
virtue of any court administrative order.

This mortgage is constituted under the following terms and conditions,

to wit;

1. That the principal amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS

(P50,000.00) shall be paid in full by the Mortgagor to the
Mortgagee on or before June 7, 2016 from the date of
execution of this instrument.

2. That the expenses for the registration of the chattel shall

be borne by the mortgagor.

Provided however, that if I, Charlita D. Jacinto shall pay or cause to be

paid the said principal amount of P50,000.00 until June 7, 2016 from and after
the execution of this mortgage together, then such payment shall have the
effect of rendering this contract null and void ipso facto. Meanwhile and until
finally redeemed in full, herein Mortgagee shall continue to enjoy and possess
the said chattel subject of this mortgage as above-described.
