Dimensions indicated are estimated for planning.

Sliding Teflon Pad surface to be covered with wet soft paper to avoid
welding spatter.
SS sliding plate to be free of weld debris, slag after
installation. Top SS plate & Teflon pad not to be
painted/insulated.
Seating pressure on Teflon pad to be within 10 N/mm2.
Bonding material & procedure of Teflon pad and lower carbon steel plate
to be as per supplier specification.
The Teflon pad size ( F2) to be verified with reference to pipe
support displacement and shall be included in the same.
Loading value is minimum indicative and stress engineer to verify for
project specific actual analysis conditions.
