Driving Expectations

ü Hands on the wheel.

ü Restock the cooler when guests are in their event.
ü Start the bus 15-20mins before guests are expected to be back.
ü Get the chuck-it-buckets from the cargo space.

Unexpected Events

Flat Tire: Call AAA to initiate the fix and get a time estimate. Call Uber to get your guests
to their next location. (The membership cards for both are on the back of this form.) Then
decide if you’ll pick up the guests at their next location or if you need another bus. If you
need another bus, call Tom.

Broken Down: Call AAA to initiate the tow. Call Uber to get your guests to their next
location. Then call Tom to bring you another bus.

Bad Weather: You have 3 choices – Discuss them with your guests.
#1) Head in the direction of home ASAP. #2) Park the bus and wait out the storm.
#3) Let the customers call for a ride home. When all guests are picked up, you can
choose to wait or drive home.

*If guests choose #1, check in with them on the way home to make sure they are still
comfortable with that decision. If not, revisit #2 or #3.
