To operate a successful business such as restaurant a few short-term goals is


needed to be established as the foundation for excellent future. training and
hiring high capable and skilled employee accordingly. A proper marketing and
advertisement is crucial to Establish an extra excitement within the society for the
restaurant. A big grand opening if essential as well. A customer target range can
be said for example 250 customers per day for the Restaurant.Due to the setting
up expenses of target net income for the first month should be around $250
atleast.
Career plan
First year goal

The goal is to be able to develop a strong dedicated base of regular customer.


And estimated customer account of at least 250 to 300 persons should be in
average. Are unique marketing advertising strategy should we continue to get a
piece of the wider market share and also should have the capability to drawing
new customers. By creating a training program for the employ so that the
employees can be trained in a week and can be able to interact with the
customers excellently which will in turn Mean a good customer experience for the
customer. The first years projected net income should be around $50,000.
Second years goals

To add a juice bar and new recipes to the menu. Build a customer range of 300
to 325 persons per day and this can be accomplished by attracting new
customers with advertisement and special combo deals. An estimation of the net
profit for the second year will be $65,000

Third year goals

A continuation of advertisement and Cambodia with lesser price shall be


continued to achieve a 400 range by the customer account. A target of $80,000
should be set for the net income for the third year. Depending on the success of
the restaurant and expansion I knew where outlets can be thought about through
