Background of the Study

The business idea was created by the five members in the 2 nd

semester of the year 2019 after the confirmation of the business

proposals last February.

In the year 2025, the members are optimistic to pursue the business

concept right after the month of graduation. “TOSS” is created by

combining three business ideas: selling medicines, groceries, and eco-

friendly handmade crafts into one. Two weeks later after creating the

concept, they decided to estimate the location of where most online

shoppers stay. According to forecasts from several recent studies, it

was said that majority of online shoppers live in Metro Manila. In the

present, “TOSS” has become one of the brightest ideas that the three

friends have ever created, since the forecasted trend of online

shoppers in that year is purchasing foods online, in which could lead

the business idea into a big opportunity.

The One Stop Shop is an online business that caters within Metro

Manila and specializes into medicine, grocery, and eco-friendly

handmade crafts. The vision is to create a good reputation to online

shoppers as being the most reliable, most convenient and most

customer-friendly online business, and also to become one of the well-

Unlike the other online businesses such as Lazada or Amazon, ‘Toss’ is

an online business that sells basic needs such as medicine, which

caters a 24/7 delivery service, grocery, and some environment-friendly

hand-made crafts. This gives customers a more convenient way of

buying their needs without having any hassle of going out and

choosing. This also gives anyone the freedom to choose whether they

want to order online to pick their orders up through a drive thru or just

have it delivered to their doorstep.
