Are you familiar with anyone who can effortlessly experience and illustrates extensive domain of

emotion and the one who is completely sourced into their passion and creative powers? They are
linked to their emotional Vibrance.

Also, do you know anyone who hasn’t broken down since a long time? Or a person who hasn’t even
reacted on things that one wants to do, or is overly logical or controlled. They aren’t as linked to
their emotional vibrance.

Emotional Vibrance are “energies in motion” in our physical body, and if we don’t express our
feelings then that effects our physical body and these energies get accumulated in our muscles, core
and tissues as tension.

Here we share what Riaa experienced during the II day

“During the II day, I had experienced my hands went to the abdomen, for remedying, I had some
childhood wounding, which was causing me unsettled stomach since then and I would get messages
and intuition, that these issues was caused due to unanswered stress, and holding on thing since my
childhood. As I started making efforts for remedying, I felt like I was making some sounds, and I
didn’t wait back, I just kept on doing it because I felt like some vibration in my Sacral Chakra. The
sound started like a steady sigh, then it was like a sobbing sound, it then turned to be a very
frustrating signing sound, it turned back to a sobbing one, and as I mentioned I was feeling better, so
I kept releasing these sounds. I was experiencing that these energies were just melting into thin air
and was passing by my body parts and also moving. These were the toxic energies that I was been
saving for so many years, that was affecting my physical body in this manner, and after this video I
was able to diffuse these energies and after this process I stated feeling really very light. I’m waiting
for the next day.”

As with the First day, to make the most out of this exercise it is important for you to be kind to
yourself and allow yourself to release these sounds and your emotions, along with your toxic
energies. Allow yourself to connect with your body and make the finest pair of sounds that would
match your feeling.
