RULE IN
 Resides in the Philippines
 On and off productive cough of 1 month duration
 Dyspnea
 Localized back pain
 Anorexia
 Feverish sensation in the afternoon
 Close contact with known TB case (Eldest sibling treated with PTB, Youngest child being treated
with Primary Complex)
 Weight loss of 20%
 Body malaise
 Pleuritic chest pain on the right
 (+) Lagging chest expansion on the right
 Decreased tactile fremitus on the right lung field
 Dullness on the right lung field
 Absent breath sound on the right lung field
 Occasional crackles on the left lung field

RULE OUT
 Cannot totally rule out
