Course The combination of regulatory as well as societal pressure implies that
Description companies have to pursue their CSR activities more professionally. In the
age of CSR 2.0, the shared value concept is catching on rapidly with
corporations like Teradata, Verisk, Fractal and many others collaborating
with partners, non-profits, and government bodies to drive massive impact.

The course on Creating Shared values: Competitive Advantage will enable


students to develop an understanding of the concept of CSR and will focus
on the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of strategizing, planning and executing CSR
activities of companies. The real essence of CSR lies in the way it enables
the intersection of corporate governance, social inclusion and economic
growth. Analytics intervention enable companies, NGOs and governments
to facilitate new methods of monitoring, measuring, interpreting the real-
time CSR data in driving social transformation and communicating the
same to different stakeholders.
