1) Safety Warning
Placement
 Do not place the unit on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket, table, or shelf or any place with uneven
ground.
 Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight and other sources of heat.
 Do not put the unit near appliances that create magnetic fields.
 Do not install in the place with high moisture.
 Do not handle liquids near or on the unit.
 Do not overload any articles or goods randomly in to the unit.
 Do not put heavy object on top of the unit.
Power
 Check if the unit’s operating voltage is conformed to your local power supply.
 Disconnect power cord and antenna plug from the wall socket when under thunder-storm or lightning
weathers.
 Disconnect power cord and antenna plug from the wall socket if there is nobody at home or didn’t use over
a long period of time.
 Please keep power cord from physical or mechanical damage.
 Please use exclusive power cord, don't modify or lengthen it.
 Please check and ensure AC source is connected with the ground.
Screen
 Never use any other tough or sharp object to replace the written pen.
 Unplug the power supply plug before cleaning.
 Clean the screen with a soft dustless and dry cloth.
 Never use water or the spray type detergent to clean the unit.
 For deep clean, contact an authorized service center.
 Please don't display the high brightness image on the screen for a long time.
Sight Distance
 The best distance between audience and screen is 5-7 times that of screen diagonal.
 The best watching angle between audience and screen as top and bottom, or so inside 176 degrees.
Temperature
 Do not place the unit near or over a radiator or heater register.
 If your unit is suddenly moved from a cold to a warm place, unplug the power cord for at least, two hours so
that moisture that may have formed inside the unit can dry completely.
 Optimal operation temperature is 5~40 degrees.
Humidity
 Do not expose machine in rain, damp or place near water.
 Ensure the indoor drying, cool.
Ventilation
 Keep the ventilation openings clear.
 Ensure that the unit has enough space for ventilation around: left, right and back >10cm, top> 10cm.
Standby mode
 Press the standby button on the side of the product for sleep mode unless power is not completely turned
off.
Battery
 Accurate transaction and recall scrap battery after using; correctly handle and collect the battery.
 For the safety issue, do not place the battery where children can easily reach, and do not dispose
batteries in fire.

5) Remote Control Guide
1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.

2. Insert battery into the battery compartment following the indications (+,-) inside the compartment.

3. Close the compartment cover once completed.

6) AV Equipment Connection and Setting


1. Computer Touch Connection & Monitor Input Signal (DP, HDMI, DVI, RGB)

I. Connect the DP or HDMI cable to port terminal.

II. Connect the USB cable to USB port.

III. Connect the Power cord.

IV. Reboot external computer. (Need to install touch driver software to activate touch functions)

V. Press the to turn on the power.

NOTE: 1920*1080 is the optimum resolution connecting to the external computer.


The external computer can be connected through HDMI Cable.

I. Connect through a DP terminal with external devices such as PC, DVD Player and AV equipment to

1. INPUT SOURCE

Adjust input source of the monitor.

Press “SOURCE” to display a list of the input source.

Select desired input using by pressing ▼/▲ buttons.

Press the ENTER key to select the input source.

To exit, press “EXIT” button.

By default Video mode is set to User, but it can be manually adjusted.

Color Temperature [Standard /Warm/User/Cool]


Use ◀ / ▶ button to adjust the color temperature.

Aspect Ratio Size [Auto/4:3/16:9/Zoom1/Zoom/Original Screen(UHD resolution excluded)]


While connecting to external devices, please use this function to adjust the screen size.
You can select the screen size.

Noise Reduction [Off/Low/Medium/High/Standard(UHD resolution excluded)]


You can select the noise reduction

Energy Saving : Brightness can be adjusted up 57% for energy-saving purpose.

Color Range: Specifies a color range.

Sound Mode User [Standard /Music/Cinema/Sports/User]

Balance: Adjust level of volume of both speakers.

Auto Volume: Set automatically the same volume level between the channel and program.

Surround Sound: Set the surrounding sound.

SPDIF MODE: AUTO/PCM

EQ: Set voice frequency band which are divided into five levels.

Sleep Time: Sleep Time: Select the time in minute auto power off time. Press “OFF” to cancel the operation.

Software update (USB): Download Bin extension file to download for update.

8) Troubleshooting

1. In case of remote controller failure, verify if the object interferes in the way of signal reception between
the remote controller and signal reception module.
Check if Remote control battery + / - terminals are correctly positioned.
Check whether the remote control batteries are weak, if so replace with a new batteries.

2. If the unit turns off automatically, check sleep model setting.


Make sure whether the electricity is cut off abruptly.
Make sure whether the unit has still the signal.

3. If there is no signal, check the display settings.


Check the supported resolution.

4. If stripes are shown on the screen, check the auto-calibration on the menu.

5. If color is misrepresented, check if there are no problems with the Signal Cord connection.
Adjust color brightness or sharpness adjustment.

6. If the unit does not support display, check auto-correction on the menu.

7. If the unit does not support touch function, make sure whether touch driver is installed correctly.
Reinstall touch driver.

8. If touch position is inaccurate, check if touch driver is installed correctly and check touch setting.
Reinstall touch driver.

9. If the unit does not display nor sound, check if power switch is on .
Check signal reception cable status.
Check PC status.

10. If the screen is shaking, check if signal cable is connected correctly.


Check something to interfere signal around the unit.

11. If there are problems in display quality, adjust color, brightness or definition on the menu.
Check if signal cable is connected correctly.

12. If the unit does not sound, check if mute button is pressed.
Adjust sound volume.
Check if audio cable is connected correctly.

13. If sound comes out from one side only, adjust sound balance on the menu.
Check audio setting status on the computer control panel.
Check if audio cable is connected correctly.

9) Maintenance

Accurate maintenance of the unit can extend usage life of the unit and prevent early failure.

Cleaning

Shut down and disconnect the power plug from the wall socket and the

computer to prevent electric shock before cleaning the unit.

Do not use liquid cleaner nor air-sol cleaner. Clean the outside

of the unit with using a semi-dry soft cloth.

Repeat cleaning the unit several times and be careful not to let water

into the unit.

Do not use the unit for too much long time. When not in use, unplug power.
