Now more than ever, people are aware of the importance of good health.

Unfortunately, many have poor lifestyle habits that are difficult to break. It is crucial
for people to adopt better physical and dietary routines if they expect to improve their
health. Which of the following do you think is the best way to stay in good health?
- Participating in group sports
- Learning how to cook healthy meals
- Joining a gym and following a strict exercise routine

I think we all can agree that staying in good health is the goal for today’s life. However,
there are different ways to achive it. For me, the best thing to do is joining a gym and
following a strict exercise routine. Once you are used to that routine I am sure that
healthy habits are just part of your life and you will stick to it.

It is true that for many people is really difficult to do exercise and they might think that
if they eat less is sufficent to be healthy. The true is that they never eat just a little.
Besides, they understimate the positives effects of exercise on people. People who
workout tend to be happier than people who do not. That is because the hormones
that are released during exercise. It makes you sleep better, think better and feel
better. Not to mention that it lowers your blood pressure and decreses the risk of
having many diseases.

Also, everyone can do it. You do not have to be talented to follow an exercise routine,
you just learn how to do the movements and that is all. If you have never done
anything before you can start doing easier tasks and then you will improve step by
step. Try to not push yourself to much and you could see results soon.

To sum up, I find essential for everyone to adopt good physical and dietary routines to
improve their health and their life. Enrolling in a gym can be really helpful in the path
of reaching a healthy lifestyle. People should not only be aware of the important of
good health, they should take action in order to change their life. I know sometimes it
is difficult, but do not give up.
