Rama

Rama is the hero of the epic story Ramayana. A prince, he was banished from his homeland

by his father, the king. After many years and many struggles, he returned to become king.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 Cut along the outer lines of the main shape and the arms.
You may want to cut on the dotted lines and refine your puppet later.
2 Fold the puppet to cut slits at the four gray lines.
3 Use the hole punch to make holes
at the shoulders and elbows.
4 Insert paper fasteners for the shoulders and elbows.
5 Color in with colored pencil.
6 Put the dowel through all of the slit openings.
Tape the top of the dowel if necessary.
7 Try Rama on the shadow screen!
