My jewels in ISRO/ESE prepartion were:

Thermal- p.k nag.cengel

Fm- modi Seth theory, cengel and m white for concepts

Refer r.k Bansal only for numericals of machinery. Concepts are not good in r.k bansal,

H.t - cengel, j.p holoman

Prod- pn rao, kalpakjian

SOM- ramamrutham, Timoshenko

MD. Bhandari

Mechanics- RC hibeller

Tom- rattan,

Vibration - Grover/ rattan
