Ice Makers- $80 additional_____

Washer- Test fill levels, wash, drain and spin. Run cleaner through washing machine to remove soap and mineral
deposits. Clean any gaskets necessary and soap dispensers as needed.

Dryer- Test for proper temperatures, clean vent assembly including disconnection of vent in back (as long as
accessibility). Unscrew front vent assembly and remove lint. Clean lint filter for fabric softener buildup

DW- Run dishwasher on short cycle. Confirm no leaks, motor running properly, pump assembly running properly,
confirm DWs heating element is working properly. Clean gaskets as necessary and run cleaner through DW to remove
soap and mineral buildup.

Free Standing Ranges/Slide In Ranges/Wall Oven- Clean glass doors, check for proper temps in oven/ovens- clean
glass top (if smooth top), check all burners are igniting properly.

Refrigerator- Clean condenser coils, remove dust and lint buildup on bottom of fridge, check temperatures in freezer
and fridge, confirm IM is working properly, (additional cost to change water filter if requested). Please request if a
filter wants to be changed. 10% off price of filter.

Free standing Ice machines- Clean condenser coils, remove lint dust buildup. Run cleaning through ice maker to
remove mineral buildup. Confirm pump, ice maker, water valve and compressor are in working order.

Microwaves- Check heating components, filters and overall operation
