4.0 Local Delivery Arrangement

Option 1: Courier Service

• This is for the standard delivery arrangement within the timeline.
• We will provide you the courier tracking number upon the parcel is collected by
the service provider.

Option 2: Designated shipping provider

• This is mainly for the express delivery service, OR
• Ad-Hoc service (in the event that the courier service schedule is tight).
• The designated transporter will provide you the Delivery Order as proof of
delivery. Please acknowledge sign-off the DO upon receiving your parcel.

8.0 Cash on Delivery

Parcels labelled "cash on delivery" are

only handed over to the recipient
against payment for the goods.

9.0 Pre-Alert Shipping Notification

You will receive a pre-alert notification

via email/WhatsApp from
dozamistore.com once your order is
ready for delivery.

Please ensure there is someone who would

be able to standby for goods receiving at
that moment of arrival.

In the event that none is physically able

to receive the parcel, it will either be held
at the nearest courier service office or
sent back to us. You will not be charged
for the second delivery but additional
charges may apply for subsequent

10.0 Notes for Delivery Address

We strictly do not deliver to P.O. Box due

to unforeseen security issues. Hence,
please ensure the shipping address
provided is legitimate and reachable by
courier companies, i.e residential or
office address.
For delivery to army base camps, hospitals,
university or college campuses, law
enforcement unit, parliament building, and
others government units, your order(s) can
only be delivered to the administration
office or mailing room which has someone
standby to acknowledge receipt of the
delivered items.

11.0 What is Proof of Delivery?
Proof of delivery is called “POD” as a method to establish the fact that the
recipient received the contents sent by the sender.

It’s not only as a proof of delivery, but it also proves that the shipment was
delivered good in condition. By signing it, the recipient confirms that the
delivery has been completed successfully without any problem.

As mentioned in the above clause 9.0, in case the indicated recipient

cannot be physically present at the delivery location at the specified
delivery time, he/she can appoint someone else to receive the parcel on
his/her behalf. As such, the appointed person should aware of the
importance of checking the package’s condition before signing the POD.

The recipient shall perform a visual checking on the external packaging, to

sign the POD and receive the goods if no physical damage found. We will
recommend the recipient to take a photo of the item upon receipt.

12.0 How Do I handle Damaged/Incomplete Packages?

A) External checking - If the external

packaging of the delivered order is
visibly damaged.

Ask the courier/transporter if he could

wait for you to check the condition of
the products.

If he is agreed, the recipient has to

check the product and reject the
package if it is damaged.

12.0 How Do I handle Damaged/Incomplete Packages?
