BOOK PUBLICITY AGREEMENT

THIS BOOK PUBLICITY AGREEMENT , hereinafter referred to as AGREEMENT is entered between


__________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the AUTHOR, with Complete
Postal Address at _______________________________ and FolioAvenue Publishing Service with
complete postal address at 2031 Union Street, Suite 6, San Francisco CA 94123, hereinafter referred to
as PUBLISHER, this ________ day of ____________, 20 _____.

---WITNESSETH---

1. This Agreement is entered into, guided by and governed by the laws of the State of California. Should
any portion of this Agreement be found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the balance of
this Agreement.

2. The parties acknowledge that a third party Publicist, and who is not an employ of the Publisher, shall
perform the task as a work for hire and Author shall in no case, hold the Publisher liable for any
misinformation or other acts of negligence attributable solely to the third party Publicist.

3. The parties have discussed the matter of how long this Agreement shall be in effect. They have
discussed the advantages and disadvantages of a short-term, medium-term, and/or long-term
Agreement. The parties agree that duration of this Agreement shall be SIX MONTHS.

The Author hereby agrees to the following payment scheme:

Service Amount: $8,500

Down Payment/Advanced Payment: $3,400

Balance: $5,100

Installment Terms: 5 monthly payments

Amount per installment: $1,020

4. Publisher hereby informs Author that stories and items may contain incorrect information about the
Author; such information may result from Publicist being misinformed or because the publication in
which the story or item appears made an intentional error and/or omission, or for other reasons.
Publisher hereby informs Author that Author may suffer embarrassment and annoyance because of
correct and incorrect publicity. Author declares that he understands that he may suffer mental anguish
and monetary loss because of publicity. Author hereby authorizes Publisher to release any and all
information about him.

5. AUTHOR HEREBY AUTHORIZES AND APPOINTS PUBLICIST AS HIS AGENT AND ATTORNEY-IN-FACT TO:

(a) Approve and permit all publicity, public relations, endorsements, etc.

(b) Approve and permit the use of Artist's name, photograph, likeness, voice, sound effects, caricatures,
literary, artistic and musical material for the purposes of advertising and publicity and in the promotion
and advertising.

6. This Agreement shall not be construed to create a partnership or joint venture between Author,
Publisher and Publicist. It is an Agreement between independent contractors. Author desires to benefit
from that which the Publicist can do. Author desires to compensate Publicist and Publisher. Author does
not desire to obligate himself to pay Publicist large amounts of dollars per hour, day, week, month, year,
or any other period. Author does desire a relationship to exist between the compensation to Publicist
and Author's ability to pay. Author understands the difficulties in finding a 100% accurate manner in
measuring the value of Publicist's services.

7. The parties understand that Publicist's position is that of an independent contractor. Publicist may
appoint or engage other persons, firms or corporations to perform any and all services (both routine and
non-routine) that this Agreement states Publicist shall perform. Publicist's services are not exclusive -
Publicist is now and shall continue to perform somewhat similar services for other artists; also Publicist
is now interested in several businesses and Publicist shall continue to devote time to those businesses
and to new businesses.

8. The parties understand that there may be times when Author may be unhappy with Publicist, or
Publicist may be unhappy with Author, or both may be unhappy with each other. The parties realize that
there may be times when Author will desire that Publicist perform certain work and that Publicist will
not perform the desired work or may not even commence to perform the desired work. There may be
times when Publicist will desire that Author will perform certain work which Publicist believes will aid
boost Author’s publicity.

9. In the event Publisher has not received payment from Author for services rendered hereunder for two
billing periods, Publisher shall have the option and right to cease and desist from working in the client's
behalf and to take action against him for nonpayment.

10. This Agreement constitutes the sole and complete agreement between the Parties hereto,
superseding and invalidating all previous agreements if there be any, both written and oral.

11. Should any portion of this Agreement be found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the
validity of the balance of this Agreement.

18. Author and Publisher each warrant to the other that each is able to enter into and abide by the
terms of this agreement, that there are no existing agreements which would interfere with the pursuit
of each of the tasks each agrees to perform.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused the foregoing to be entered into as of the date first
written above.
