CHICKEN GREEN RICE

INGREDIENTS:
• chicken pieces

• oil

• 1 onion,

• minced garlic

• Green chili pepper ground to taste

• ground coriander

• aji panca paste

• dark beer (optional)

• rice

• peas

• shelled corn

• chopped carrot

• pepper cut into strips

• Boiling water in necessary quantity

Preparation:
1. Wash the chicken and pat dry. Cut it into pieces, season and fry in hot oil.
2. Remove the chicken and, in the same oil, brown the garlic, onion, chili,
coriander and chili paste.
3. Put the prey back, add the beer and cook until the chicken is ready.
4. Remove the prey and keep it warm. Incorporate the rice, the peas, the
carrot, the corn and the pepper.
5. Add the water, rectify the seasoning and cook for 17 minutes. Serve with
the chicken pieces. The panca pepper paste will make the coriander take a
deep green color.
