Chicken Feet Adobo sa Sprite

Ingredients
• 1 kilo Chicken feet
 1 Mismo sprite
 ¼ cup vinegar
 1 tsp ground pepper
 1 tbsp pepper corn
 ½ cup soy sauce
 3 tbsp oyster sauce
 2 tbsp sugar
 2-3 pcs. Laurel
 1 tsp seasoning
 1 tsp salt
 5pcs bay leaves
 1 medium onion
 5 cloves garlic
 1 small thumb chopped ginger
 Siling labuyo (optional)
 4 cups of Water
Instructions

1. In a pan put cooking oil, sauté garlic, ginger and onion


2. Add clean chicken feet, saute and add ground pepper, seasoning and salt then add water and soy sauce.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 mins add oyster sauce and sugar, cover and let it boil.
5. While boiling add the pepper corn and bay leaves. cover and simmer for 1hr in medium heat flame.
6. After an hour add sprite and vinegar.
7. If you want spicy add siling labuyo and more pepper.
8. Cover and continue cooking until sauce reduces.
9. Serve and enjoy with rice.

Pineapple Chicken Afritada

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. chicken cut into serving pieces


• 1 piece Knorr chicken cube
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• 8 ounces pineapple chunks in can
• 1 piece potato diced
• 1 piece carrot sliced
• 1 piece red bell pepper cut into squares
• 1 piece green bell pepper cut into squares
• 1 piece onion chopped
• 4 cloves garlic chopped
• 3 pieces dried bay leaves
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 cup water
• Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic. Continue cooking while stirring until it starts to turn golden brown in color.
2. Add onion. Saute until it softens.
3. Add chicken. Cook each side for 1 minute or until the color turns light brown.
4. Pour the tomato sauce, juice from pineapple chunks, and water into the pan. Stir. Cover the pan.
5. Once the liquid starts to boil, add Knorr Chicken Cube and bay leaves. Cover the pan and then adjust the heat to a low
setting. Continue cooking for 18 minutes.
6. Use a kitchen tong to turn the chicken pieces over. Continue cooking the opposite side for 12 minutes.
7. Add pineapple, potato, and carrot. Cook for 10 minutes.
8. Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper.
9. Add bell pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
10. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve and enjoy!

Adobong Manok sa Gata


Ingredients

• 1 ½ lbs chicken cut into serving pieces


• 2 cups  coconut milk
• 1 piece  Knorr Chicken Cube
• ½ cup white vinegar
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 6 cloves garlic
• 5 pieces bay leaves dried
• 2 teaspoons  whole peppercorn
• 3 tablespoons  cooking oil

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan.


2. Crush the garlic, and then saute until it starts to brown.
3. Fry the chicken for 1 to 1 ½ minutes per side.
4. Pour soy sauce and vinegar. Cover the pan. Let boil. Flip the chicken pieces afterwards. Continue cooking for
5 minutes.
5. Add whole peppercorn and bay leaves. Pour coconut milk. Stir and then let the mixture boil.
6. Add Knorr Chicken Cube. Stir and cover the pan. Adjust heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes.
7. Remove the cover and continue to cook until sauce reduces to desired amount.
8. Serve with warm rice. Share and enjoy!

Pork and Chicken Adobo Recipe


 Ingredients
• 1 1/2 lbs pork belly chopped
• 1 1/2 lbs chicken cut into serving pieces
• 4 pieces dried bay leaves
• 2 teaspoons whole peppercorn
• 1 head garlic slightly crushed
• 6 tablespoons vinegar white
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 2 cups water
• Salt to taste
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Once the oil becomes hot, add the garlic. Cook until the color turns golden brown.
3. Remove the garlic and set aside. Add pork and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes or until the color turns light
brown.
4. Add whole peppercorn, bay leaves, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water. Let boil and simmer until the meat
gets tender.
5. Add the sugar and stir.
6. Pour-in vinegar and let boil.Simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.
7. Add salt to taste. Put-in the fried garlic, stir, and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Serve. Share and enjoy!

Sarciadong Manok
Ingredients
• 2 lbs chicken cut into serving pieces
• 4 pieces tomatoe ripe sliced
• 2 ounces tomato paste optional
• 3/4 cup green peas
• 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
• 5 pieces dried bay leaves
• 1 piece onion chopped
• 4 cloves garlic minced
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil
• Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, garlic, and tomato.
2. Once the onion and tomato soften, add chicken pieces. Continue to cook until the color turns light brown.
3. Add tomato paste and chicken broth. Let boil.
4. Put-in dried bay leaves and parsley. Cover and cook between low to medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes. Note: add
more water or chicken broth if needed.
5. Add green peas and season with fish sauce and ground black pepper.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve! Share and enjoy.

Simple Chicken Afritada


Ingredients
• 2 lbs. chicken cut into serving pieces
• 1 medium onion minced
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 6 oz can tomato paste
• 1 large baking potato cubed
• 1 large carrot cubed
• 4 pieces dried bay leaves optional
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar optional
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pot.
2. Saute the onion and garlic.
3. Add the chicken slices. Continue to saute until the chicken gets light brown.
4. Pour the chicken broth and add the tomato paste. Stir and let boil. Add the dried bay leaves and sugar. Cover the
pot and adjust the heat to low. Cook for 35 minutes. Note: Add water or chicken broth if it starts to dry-up.
5. Add the potato and carrot. Stir. cover and continue to cook in medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.

Gising Gising Recipe


Ingredients
• 1 lb. long green beans
• 3/4 lb. ground pork
• 2 (33g) packs Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix
• 1 tablespoon bagoong alamang
• 2 cups water
• 1 piece onion chopped
• 4 cloves garlic minced
• 4 pieces Thai chili chopped
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the coconut milk by combining Knorr ginataang gulay mix with 2 cups water in a bowl. Stir until well
blended. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
3. Saute onion for 30 seconds.
4. Add garlic. Continue to saute until onion softens.
5. Add ground pork. Cook until it turns light brown.
6. Put the chopped chili and bagoong alamang into the cooking pot. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
7. Pour the Knorr coconut milk mixture into the pot. Stir. Cover the pot. Let boil, and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
8. Add long green beans. Stir. Continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
9. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve. Share and enjoy!

Ginisang Okra with Fish Flakes Recipe

 Ingredients

• 12 to 15 pieces okra sliced
• 4 pieces galunggong fish fried
• 1 medium yellow onion  chopped
• 2 medium ripe tomato cubed
• 5 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce patis
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

1. Separate the fish from the bones using your fingers. Shred the fish and set aside.
2. Heat the cooking in a large wok of frying pan.
3. Once the oil gets really hot, saute the garlic and onion.
4. Add the tomato and shredded fish. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Stir-in the sliced okra. Cook in high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Add fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir and cook for a 2 minutes.
7. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with rice.

Adobong Sitaw with Tofu

Ingredients
 12 to 15 pieces string beans  cut into 2 ½ inch length
 3 pieces extra firm tofu about 3 oz. per piece, fried until medium brown
 1 medium yellow onion  sliced
 1/2 cup soy sauce
 1/4 cup water
 1/4 cup white vinegar
 5 cloves garlic crushed
 3 tablespoons cooking oil
 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1. Slice the fried tofu into squares. Set aside.


2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
3. Saute garlic and onion until the onion is soft.
4. Put-in the sliced tofu. Add soy sauce and water. Let boil.
5. Pour-in the vinegar. Let it reboil.
6. Add the string beans. Stir and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.
9. Share and enjoy!

Bistek Tagalog (beefsteak) Recipe


Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin thinly sliced


• 5 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 pieces calamansi or 1-piece lemon
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 3 cloves garlic minced
• 3 pieces yellow onion sliced into rings
• 4 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 cup water
• 1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, lemon (or calamansi), and ground black pepper for at least 1 hour. Note: marinate
overnight for best result
2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan then pan-fry half of the onions until the texture becomes soft. Set aside
3. Drain the marinade from the beef. Set it aside. Pan-fry the beef on the same pan where the onions were fried for 1
minute per side. Remove from the pan. Set aside
4. Add more oil if needed. Saute garlic and remaining raw onions until onion softens.
5. Pour the remaining marinade and water. Bring to a boil.
6. Add beef. Cover the pan and simmer until meat is tender. Note: Add water as needed.
7. Season with ground black pepper and salt as needed. Top with pan-fried onions.
8. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!

Mechadong Baka Recipe


Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. beef chuck cubed


• 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 large baking potato cubed
• 1 lareg red bell pepper cut into squares
• 4 pieces dried bay leaves
• 1 medium ripe tomato cube
• 1 medium red onion chopped
• 4 cloves garlic chopped
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 1/2 cups beef broth
• 1/2 lemon
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil
• Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Arrange beef in a bowl. Pour soy sauce and squeeze half a lemon. Mix well. Marinate for 3 hours.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
3. Saute onion, garlic, and tomato.
4. Once the onion and tomato are soft, add the marinated beef, including the marinade. Continue to cook until the
beef browns.
5. Pour tomato sauce and beef broth. Let boil.
6. Add bay leaves. Pressure cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
7. Add potato. Continue to cook uncovered in medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
8. Add bell pepper. Cook for 8 minutes.
9. Season with salt and ground black pepper.Stir.
10. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve.

Sauteed Green Beans with Ground Beef


Ingredients
• 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
• 1/2 lb. fresh long green beans sliced diagonally into thin pieces
• 1 cup chopped Napa cabbage
• 1 medium yellow onion sliced
• 1 medium tomato chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan.


2. Add ground beef. Cook until brown.
3. Add onion, tomato, and soy sauce. Stir.
4. Add Napa cabbage. Cover and continue to cook for 5 to 8 minutes in medium heat.
5. Add the sliced long green beans. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add garlic powder and ground black pepper. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
7. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with warm rice.
