CBP (FAST) Transponder Controls

CBP transponders may only be ordered by [the president].

CBP transponders may only by issued, activated, and deactivated by [the

president]. If modifications to transponder records, either internally or with U.S.
Customs and Border Protection, are required, such modifications may only be
made by [the owner].

[company name] will never request CBP transponders for other companies.

[company name] will never request CBP transponders for any owner-operator
that is not directly controlled by, and under exclusive written contract to, [the
company].

When disposing of a vehicle with a FAST-activated transponder, whether through

sale or otherwise, [the company] will remove the transponder prior to transferring
possession of the vehicle.
