Do all AEO trade partners appear with the current certification in the
customs administration's AEO businesses register? If they are not active
in said register, what is the reason for this?

If a trade partner that used to be an AEO now shows up as “not

certified” in the customs register, have the additional measures in the
trade partner review process been performed and documented?

For all non-AEO trade partners, are there updated registries of the
documented evidence resulting from the required additional review?
This evidence may include: copies of completed security questionnaires;
documented reviews and analyses of the completed security
questionnaires; documented visits to business headquarters;
documented monitoring of weak points; results from consultations of
industrial certifications, etc.

Have we reviewed and updated the indicators that warn us of the need
to carry out a more detailed examination during the trade partner
evaluations?

Has the list of preferred suppliers been reevaluated and updated?

 Have employees been sent the updated list and old lists deleted?

Have any AEO program training sessions been carried out with non-AEO
trade partners?

Has training activity been document for each business? If so, in what
way? (Location, by telephone, online, etc.)

What topics have been addressed in the training activity? (for example,
traceability and cargo monitoring, transport vehicle inspections, sealing
procedures, notifications to our business and other security/customs
agencies regarding discrepancies, security controls, internal
conspiracies, etc.)?

Do all trade partners (both importing clients and service providers) have
the customs agent’s contact information for security consultations?

Has the customs agent’s website been updated with AEO information
and with the correct links to the AEO program site?

What actions have been taken to enhance processes in the security

category?
