At this event, author, lmmaker and meditation teacher Sebastian Siegel (www.DeeplyConscious.com) will lead a 35
minute binaural immersion. Sebastian uses binaural sound, music, breath, and storytelling to support healing,
subconscious awareness, and deep relaxation. Connect with your intuitive power in this transcendental meditation
personally guided by Sebastian.
This will be followed by Michael Stone leading a powerful 50 minute Neurodynamic Breathwork session. Michael is a
global specialist in breathwork and hosts both in-person and online breathwork sessions (for more info on
Michael, Click Here).  Neurodynamic  Breathwork is an experience that is guided by the participant’s own inner
intelligence and is a modality he developed based on his 10 years of experience leading Holotropic Breathwork
Workshops.

Note:  Most people will be sitting in chairs for this event but some will be able to lie down so I suggest that you bring
a yoga mat if that is your preference.

The combination of these two modalities is very interesting as they are quite di erent.  Although they
both use sound and music, the breathwork portion is based on the underlying principle that you already
have the answers within and that the goal of the breathwork is to quiet your thinking mind and access
your own inner intelligence.  The Binaural Immersion is a guided meditation where Sebastian, through
using mental imagery and storytelling, will verbally guide you through a speci c experience that you will
create in your imagination based on his guidance to a background of beautiful relaxing music for 25
minutes. 

Come prepared to be taken on a rejuvenating journey with the combination of these two powerful modalities. After
the breathing and lucid dreaming experiences we will explore the positive psychological and spiritual impacts of this
inner journey.
This special evening is in a private home near the beach in Venice.

Note:  The following conditions are contra-indications to doing breathwork:  epilepsy, glaucoma, family history
of aneurysms, detached retina, pregnancy, serious cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure,
prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia by a healthcare professional, strokes, history of TIAs,
seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease.  If you have any of the above, please e-mail me before
registering to discuss as you probably will not be able to participate in the breathwork portion of the evening.  If
you have asthma, please bring your inhaler.
