Many people assume that the goal of every country should be to produce more materials
and goods.

To what extent do you agree or disagree that constantly increasing production in an

appropriate goal?

Whether or not, increasing amount production should be the prime objective of all nation has
sparked a heated debate. I completely agree with the stated statement considering different macro
and micro factors. This essay will discuss why it is eventually important for every nation to
produce more materials as well as its specific benefits, provided that the availability of raw
materials is considered.
Firstly, every country wants to become self-sufficient by themselves by generating revenue in an
effective way. Exportable goods allow each county to bring foreign currencies to a significant
amount if there are plenty of raw materials available. Mass production is the only way to obtain
self-sufficiency as well as generate enormous economic growth through exporting self-made
product by a nation. For instance, China is now the monopoly in all types of materials and goods
production, which helped them to become one of the strongest economies in the world. So,
proper utilization of available resources can even change the entire socioeconomic situation if
the production of scale is reached.
Furthermore, production growth creates market competition at a significant level which pushes
citizens to think in different ways such as innovation and differentiation. Entrepreneurs create
more job opportunities which eventually changes the socioeconomic situation. One of the prime
examples is Thailand. By stabilizing tourism at its extendable level, they emphasized specifically
on their agricultural bases products and exporting a considerable amount over the world.
To recapitulate, I would like to restate my opinion that putting extreme emphasis on mass
production of goods and materials by each nation is entirely justifiable to create a stronger and
better future.

Modern technology has made it easier for individuals to download copyrighted music and books
from the internet for no charge.
To what extent is this positive or a negative development?

It is a fact that people download copyrighted reading materials and music without paying a single
penny from the internet so effortlessly by using contemporary technology. It is indeed a very
offensive and deniable activity. This essay will discuss why downloading copyrighted items is
entirely unjustified and what happens for such activities.
There are many good reasons that can lead to going against miss use of technology in terms of
stilling copyrighted items. Firstly, downloading copyrighted books for fee is a massive legal
violation which leads individual for further crimes eventually in the long run. Moreover, illegally
downloading of reading materials discourage the authors to create something extraordinary as
they do not get any financial output for it. For example, Indian writers started not to publish their
books online initially and preferring to create hard copies so that at least they can get the value of
their effort. The publishers are also counting a huge loss due to piracy of their sponsored books.
Furthermore, Musicians create their artwork after having enormous research and endless effort
which accounts for a huge financial aspect such as instruments cost, rents, artist cost at so on.
Downloading for free causes them so unexpectedly that is impossible for someone to understand
if not experienced. For instance, Artcell a very renowned band in Bangladesh has lost almost
TK2.9 million only for pirated activity.
In conclusion, I would like to state my opinion that having copyrighted books and music for free
is completely not appreciated and a significant punishable offence which causes a huge financial
and intellectual loss for authors as well as corporations.
