7 Performance

About This Chapter

This chapter describes the performance indexes of the OptiX RTN 600.

7.1 Radio Performance


The following describes the radio performance of the OptiX RTN 600, including the frequency
band, receiver sensitivity, modem, IF, transceiver, and anti-fading.
7.2 Equipment Reliability
The following describes the equipment reliability of the OptiX RTN 600 in terms of IDU, ODU,
and equipment reliability of link.
7.3 Interface Performance
Interface performances consist of the performances of service interfaces and the performances
of auxiliary interfaces.
7.4 Jitter Performance
The output jitter performance at the SDH and PDH interface complies with relevant ITU-T
recommendations.
7.5 Clock Timing and Synchronization Performance
The clock timing performance and synchronization performance of the OptiX RTN 600 meet
relevant ITU-T recommendations.
7.6 Integrated System Performance
The following describes the performance of the OptiX RTN 600, in terms of dimensions, weight,
power supply, power consumption, EMC, lightning protection, safety, and environment.

7.1 Radio Performance


The following describes the radio performance of the OptiX RTN 600, including the frequency
band, receiver sensitivity, modem, IF, transceiver, and anti-fading.

l When the OptiX RTN 600 adopts the LP series ODU, mode 7 is not supported.

l 13.75 MHz and 27.5 MHz are applied for 18 GHz.
l The channel spacing described in the table is the minimum channel spacing supported by the equipment.
The channel spacing larger than the value is also supported.
