1. Leave without pay.

2. No overtime payment for 3 months.

3. No fortnightly salaries pay for one month.

4. No Height Allowance.

5. No finish entitlement.

6. No Risk allowances for Jiwaka,Mt Hagen, Wabag(Fighting zone), Southern Highlands.

7. No Travelling allowance.

8. No accommodation in Wabag.

9. No notice of termination even after I work for more than 3 years.

10. CEO knowingly requested HR to put me off payroll in the middle of my work.

11. GM & Head of Highlands Region requested for my immediate reinstatement.

12. I was working so hard and why would the management take a very tough measure like that? I do not
understand and am so shocked. I was thinking why would I receive such a shocking news when I am
doing the work the Management requested to do?. I did not evade the assigned duty no delay but while
I was working and at one point on the 45m tower working then came and received such a payroll off and
termination news.

13. I do not deserve a termination without a notice.
