As a group understanding in this question, we conclude that
workplace is a general situation. Workplace 2022 hits different when
it comes to studying, on our jobs, even in our business.
Workplace 2022 focuses on technologies, thanks to the internet
that can support our economy to continue even if it is pandemic.
Workplace 2020 made us dependent to our technology and
separate us even if we are not far apart to each other.

1. After graduation the next plan that I will do is t take the board exam and apply for job to
gain money. In the same school I will take my master’s degree. Once I get the money, I
needed for traveling I will be going to apply for job in Austria, because there is a friend of
mine that will help me to find job there.  
2. The life probably in Austria is not much harder in the Philippines, being a worker as
Electrical engineer will provide financial support in my family. In fact, the 1 euro is
equivalent to Php 58.62 which is good thing.  Probably I will take the opportunity to
manage some business-like poultry farm or farming.  
3. After a maintaining and gaining money by my own hands now I can finally help
constantly my parents in everything they sacrifice, efforts, money, and so on. My plan for
them is to build a       2-storey family dwelling unit and buy them their own car and
continue to support them.

1. Getting a PRC license is a lot of work and after graduating I am planning to review for a
board exam and take the exam in the same year. 
2. After getting my license, its either I work in a firm where I can gain experience in the
field or in a utility company where also I can gain experience in the distribution. 
3. the third and fourth objective may be on the latter part of my career planning due to a fact
it takes some years of experience before I can take a PEE Exam and, I want to take an
apprenticeship to a professional to how they deal or work in the Renewable Energy. 
4. Lastly, the fifth objective is just a thought in my mind to do and it will take some time
before I can decide whether I will teach future Electrical Engineers.

 I intend to review for 6 months after graduation, to make sure I am ready for the EE board exams. If I were to pass the
exam in one take, I would try to apply and work in an Electrical related company like TEI, Tarelco, etc. From which I will
have 2-3 years of work experience and then I will apply abroad, specifically on Middle East or Europe.  
 Why did I choose Middle east or Europe?  
 Since my parents were OFW’s, my father worked in a big electrical company in Saudi Arabia and Europe. The company
was called “ABB.” Since the time he worked in the company, he encouraged me to take up engineering. Specifically,
Electrical Engineering course. He wanted me to be in the same company since the pay and benefits were good and I
should have a good future in that company. He wanted to refer me to his colleagues in which were Electrical Engineers at
that time.  
 If I was not lucky enough to be accepted abroad. I will apply to my uncle’s construction firm in Dau, Angeles. My uncle,
Engr. Delino Cubacub, is a well-known geodetic engineer in the region. My mother would also refer me to him since I am
an Electrical engineer at that time. During the time when I am working with him, I intend to increase my knowledge more
about my career and increase my knowledge on IT based skills through online courses. This I know is the trend to become
successful in today’s generation because of computer independency.

 1st- Review in the upcoming board exams for REE and RME 
 2nd- apply for a company that needs Electrical Engineer 
 3rd- if i can't apply on my own, i have a relatives that can help me search for a job related in my course 
 4th- Accept any electrical plans from my company or from any people. 
 5th- build our own power plant or company since we have almost all professions of an Engineer 
 6th- learn from PEE 
 7th- travel around the world

1. To get a license for the upcoming Board Exam, Discipline and Determination is a must applying a lot of principles
that should be implemented. Also, time management, overthinking, procrastination, all my weaknesses should
be minimized to gain more focus.  
2.  Finding a Job in a Specific Position is exceedingly difficult because of what we called, requirements they given to be
accepted, therefore need an experience and some other things related or non-related, so to find a job, needing a backer
is necessary because of what we called trust from the referral given by friend or relatives in each company or government
based. 
3. According from the online seminar I am attended with last time, to pursue the license for PEE must need to work
or required to work with high voltages so for my plan to be establish I will make sure that this requirement should
be accomplish for me to allow to take PEE. 
4. In finding a job or to establish a business you must need extra perseverance to go through success, making a lot of mistakes at
some point but not surrendering. Taking a lot of experience can build your own steppingstone to find or creating success. 
5. And because of all the sacrifices a lot of time you give to work hard and giving your energy to your passion, giving yourself a
reward is a true success, help your family, friends, and other people of what you can. Help those people who do the same as
they were before with you struggling to pursue your dreams. Travel to a different place than you wished before.
