What have you done to manage your career so far?

- According to me the key to achieve what you want
is knowing what you want. I always be clear about
the things I want to get.

- Client representative [IT department]

As in India only resume and education documents
are sufficient for work.

- Of course, I always want myself to be like my
mother. I admire her a lot .

- I generally speak to my parents and one of the
friend {vedanshi} regarding my career plans.

- Firstly, ever since I started attending your lectures
want to write more about myself. So keep journal.

- Sometimes lack of motivation as there will be new
phase in life to stay away from family.
- Overthinking
How much have you influenced by your:-
- Experiences: I have spent two years as a client
representative executive in IT department. The
workplace taught me few things such as being
punctual, self-confidence and self esteem are
factors made me realize that if individual is willing
to achieve anything he/she can.
- Family: who I am today is my family’s reflection.
Learn from mistakes is what mom always conveys
me; whereas that has even helped me a lot in my
career as well as in personal life.
- Friends: we all know how important part friends
are in our life, we generally share our things with
them. Always we pay good amount of attention to
their sayings. Friends always tell us there’s always
a bright side in our darker days that keeps us
motivated.

- As we all know how important values are in
person’s life because values are something you
can know individual from; Moreover; for me

- As I mentioned I love working in environment
where people communicate more. The realistic
working space is also important to me;
whereas, for me productive surrounding is
something I cannot compromise with.

Your goal
- My goal is to always be a good human being
and be a reason that people believes in
goodness but even want to shine in academic
session of life. Recently, was struggling to learn
a computer language Java++.
What was the obstacle in the journey
- I am passionate about my work and I have a
steady source of motivation that drives me to
do my best. Long screen hours were very
challenging for me but I am result oriented
person. Completing bachelor assignments other
side preparing for IELTS for higher studies and
on the same time learning Java++ was diificult
for me.

Description of the result

- I completed learning whole language in almost
3 months; although after completion needed to
practice it daily for better results. I made a
website using this language for my father’s
company that was great achievement.

Did any themes emerge from this activity?

- Definitely, journaling helped me a lot. It works as
mirror for me gives me a reality check; moreover,
helps to prioritize things. This even inspires and
motivates me to work hard and be career oriented
person.

What you google in free time?

- I usually, check out news from across the world.
Secondly, I like baking so do search different
 recipes and try making them. As prior told fashion
styling is another thing which I love doing in my
free time; hence, I watch fashion shows and
different designers from across the globe.

What topic you teach someone about?

- I can give technical knowledge which person can
use in daily life. Next would educate individual
with how important discipline is in life.

What types of games or activity you can teach?

- I don’t play much games but I am good at
swimming so can definitely teach. Even I have
learnt harmonium and piano in my childhood can
give lessons about it.

If you have endless money how you would spend your

time?
- This is very hypothetically question anyways; first,
I would spend more time with my loved ones
staying with them and I don’t only work for money
so there won’t be major difference in my life.
Moreover, would help needy people even donate
money to orphanage.

- I have always been interested in fashion since
childhood so I have good sense about styling and
designing which I could love to more in coming
future.

Company you might want to work in future?

- There’s no such specific company for now but
would love to work in Paris for a while with well-
known fashion brand.

As per the report given after completing test the 2
most accurate areas were Nature and Mind.

Anything disagreed with? Why?

Of course, I do disagree with the identity area of the
report because I agree am confused with few things
but that doesn’t makes me turbulent. Hence, I
completely disagree with identity score.
Personality type may impact teamwork and
communication skills?
As mentioned earlier I am an extraverted so
communication won’t be major problem for me.
Moving further, coordinating with team members will
not be obstacle as good communication can resolve
the offense.

1. Project manager because there are more of

judging tactics in my personality from which could
execute project properly.
2. Fashion stylist because I always want to purse in
that field it’s my interest area.

To begin with, my foundation are my values which are
carry forwarded to me by my parents; therefore,
learning and exploring new things is every important to

management skills and fashion. I feel can excel in
aspects of life with honesty, patience and hard work.

Talking about both the job designation there few skills
which I have grip on because respective skills have
been practiced in past life. Whereas, there are several

• It is very important to have mentors in life.
Mentors are someone who shares their
knowledge and experience with you so that you
can learn from their experiences. My mother is
my very first mentor whom I admire a lot and
always wanted to be like her. She is fashion
designer by profession. Second comes Indra Nooyi
she is an Indian – American executive. Moreover,
she was also a chairperson at PepsiCo.
 • I will introduce myself to my mother as her
daughter which is will be very proud of in coming
future, would tell her that whatever I’m today is
just because of her and will thank her for
everything what she has given me in life.
Introducing myself to Indra Nooyi will be every big
thing for me in this life. I could like to get few
management advices from her to achieve best in
this field.

1 Final mission statement

To begin with, goals are the basis of case direction and
provide a clear picture of what everyone is working to
achieve. I want to work for a reputed company in
coming future as a project manager that will help grow
and learn things in many ways. Furthermore, want to
build a good network of people and staying engaged
with them is even very important to me. Along the way
want to always be a good human being the reason why
people believe in goodness of people.

2 What have you evolved in last 4 weeks.

Last few weeks made me learn so many few things
which I would continue doing for rest of life as I never
thought writing journal could help me knowing myself
different ways. Consequently, I even realized that I can
do better in this field. In a nutshell, I got a proper vision
what to do in future and accordingly can prioritize
things.

3 Some steps you would take in coming future.

I will try being more organized and practices
management skills in daily life. Next will sort few job
options in the market according to my requirement
meanwhile I want to do intern ship under a project
manager after completion of my program.
