Any public construction works valued at the following amount in maximum and in minimum

may be procured from the following construction entrepreneur:

(a) works valued at whatever amount exceeding twenty million rupees, from the construction
entrepreneur of class “A”,
(b) works valued at an amount from six million rupees to thirty million rupees, from the
construction entrepreneur of class “B”,
(c) works valued at an amount from two million rupees to ten million rupees, from the
construction entrepreneur of class “C”,
(d) works valued at an amount not exceeding three million rupees, from the construction
entrepreneur of class “D”.
