There are many problems the company could encourage on the path way of success, but

there are different strategies a good leader could use to achieve their goals, many philosophers

before Christ encourage the humanity to success to encourage their goals to be focus on what

they really want, have a vision on what really desire and with out know show the humanity to be

a good leader to fight for their vision and goals. Always be focus on what they want, follow their

path way to meet their purpose of being. Obstacles there is going to be everywhere, but a good

leader needs to know how to react, we all are human and have feelings too, even though

sometimes we cannot just move it apart. A good leader always keeps their head up and uses

strategies.

Introduction

To increase the production in a company needs to have certain environment for the

employees can develop their work well as the leader or the company needs to fill out their

expectations. A good leader achieves their obstacles with serenity, and ethics position. First of

all, uses facts to confirm the position of the company/ Create an organize plan, uses with wisdom

techniques, leader strategies, learned through the years to conquer their goal and company

mission. Other techniques to increase the production of a company could be promotion, a good

promotion well used will take any company and organization to another level and have the

ability to change status conquering company expectations. Production it is very important it

could be the heart of the company or organization it is what anyone expect for the company and

how it is presented and do it with as the best express what the company it is. It is like if you go to

a regular burger station and ask for the burger and it is missing the bread the meat it is not well

look, the first impression it is what ask the customers to come back.

First to see the position in what the company it is needs to have proven, facts, analysis,

etc. it is where the data bases appears a good data it is synchronized every day or week to be

checking how the company it is and how it is going on around, what others expect from the

company and what strategies needs to improve. Data bases helps the company in many section

but to increase the production and prove what the company needs it is the best, company uses

surveys, a databases now internet improve to check company status.

After the facts have being proven, because the data bases are not given good numbers and

the company it is not producing what the company expect, the leader needs to organize a plan to

change strategies based on the structure of the company, this organize plan will be focus on

company expectation and what are the goals of the company, what path it is the company follow

to conquered their goals, and also achieve the company expectations. A good leader knows the

techniques to organize everything manageable on the way affordable to the company, and

everyone improve the production.

The Plan it is already on the hands of the leader now needs to use the techniques and

strategies to pursue the company goals that it is to increase the production, but what are some

examples of techniques will help any company at all. One strategy a company will uses it is to

get some data about the customers what the customer expect from the company and rewarding

the customer to give their comments About what the company needs to improve with a discount

or a gift, a happy customer always attract new customers. Consequently, increase production.

Another strategy would be rewards for the employees a good employee have the motivation to

always helps in everywhere not even on the work field also at the house with family and friends,

Motivating the employees with a simple certified or raise of payment and also motivating with

word recognizing their hard work will improve the production, how it is made it. There are

many techniques and strategies a good leader could use to improve the production increase the

levels of customers and have everyone satisfied.

Promotion also helps for increase the production if the company have a good promotion

and everyone like it and takes the attention of the customer will help the company even with the

numbers grow as professional level and also have the expectations anyone wants the company to

be at the status it is very important to improve the production.

Therefore there are many strategies or techniques a leader could uses to improve the

production, depends on the motivation, the heart any leader puts on their job, no one could force

to do what they do not want to do and leader do not have the desire to improve the company

expectations and do not want to work on that to succeed as professional and many field no matter

how good the company it is a leader it is what keeps the company floating to achieve their goals.
