Dear First Name,

I hope all is well.

I write further to correspondence received on 30th July 2020. I do not understand some matters and I
(living wo/man name) have faith that you will clarify as the written correspondence uses legalese and
refers to my legal fiction.

1) Please confirm which manual of styles is being used in your correspondence as there is a
convoluted mix of fonts and bold which I do not understand.

2) Please confirm who is (‘Legal Fiction Name’), as it appears to be a fictitious name and not that
of a living flesh woman.

3) Please confirm (or deny) if the ‘court’ is part of the HM COURTS & TRIBUNAL SERVICE, an
executive agency working in partnership with the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE who is operating as a
non limited corporation for profit, not justice? I do not recognize the entities known as HM
COURTS & TRIBUNAL SERVICE or the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE as 'government' judicial
institutions. They are both for-profit corporations doing business and are both listed on Dun
 & Bradstreet. In any event, I (living wo/man first name in lower) do not consent and do not
wish to contract with either of these corporate entities.

4) As for-profit corporations doing business, the HM COURTS & TRIBUNAL SERVICE or THE
MINISTRY OF JUSTICE cannot make laws regarding the care and upbringing of flesh and blood
girls without their flesh and blood mother's consent. They can only make laws, rules, and
regulations for non-human legal "PERSONS" i.e. body corporates. This description does not
apply to me nor to my progeny (property).

5) Please confirm (or deny) if THE CHILDREN AND FAMILY COURT ADVISORY AND SUPPORT
SERVICE (CAFCASS) is an executive non-departmental corporation working in partnership
with the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE? I do not recognize the entity known as THE CHILDREN AND
FAMILY COURT ADVISORY AND SUPPORT SERVICE (CAFCASS) as being a 'government'
children and families welfare institution. It is a for-profit corporation doing business and
listed on Dun & Bradstreet. In any event, I (living wo/man first name in lower) do not consent
and do not wish to contract with these corporate entities.

6) Is the ‘court’ being deceptively run under maritime court rules and giving orders to unwitting
combatants? Irrespectively, these rules do not apply to me, as I (living wo/man first name in
lower) am a living wo/man, not a sea-wo/man or combatant.

7) Your correspondence cites acts, statutes, codes and orders passed by for-profit Dun &
Bradstreet listed corporations known as the HOUSE OF LORDS and HOUSE OF COMMONS.
Please send me all documents that contain my original signature that created the obligation
for me (living wo/man first name in lower)to adhere to corporate acts, statutes, codes and
orders.

8) In any case, I refer you to a duly convened Common Law Court hearing before a jury on 31 st
August 2019 in Guildford Surrey, where a unanimous decision confirmed that such acts,
statutes, codes, and orders were null and void on living men and women:

9) Please confirm why you believe you have authority to issue an ‘Order’ in relation to me a living
blood and flesh wo/man or in relation to my progeny (property) since no free man or woman
takes ‘Orders’. As a living wo/man, and the mother/father of my progeny (living boy/girl first
name in lower), we are not the property of either the HM COURTS & TRIBUNAL SERVICE or
MINISTRY OF JUSTICE corporations doing business or any other corporate entity. Any
presumption that i (living wo/man first name in lower) or (living boy/girl first name in lower)
are properties of any of these corporate entities doing business is false and misguided. If you
believe a contract between us exists or that you have my consent, please provide the evidence.
By failing to provide me with this evidence, you are tacitly agreeing that you do not have such
evidence of a contract.

10) Please confirm the living flesh man or woman who is bringing a claim against me (living
wo/man first name in lower), a living wo/man, since a corporation cannot make a claim
against a living man or woman. Should this individual have a claim, they are required to seek
remedy through the only jurisdiction of the Common Law Court. Failing that, I am happy for
the ‘court’ to pass the case to the jurisdiction of the Common Law Court so that the matter may
be dealt with lawfully under our constitution and the laws of England.
 11) The tenets of Common Law are to cause no harm, loss, nor injury and I abide by those, and
further I (living wo/man first name in lower) act with honour in all contracts. However, I
(living wo/man first name in lower) do not believe the ‘court’ officials are behaving in like
manner, especially when they claim a phone call involving me took place on 17 th July 2020
which is untrue. They are in no way transparent and by making such a false claim have most
certainly acted in dishonour.

12) This is my notice of non-consent and my refusal to contract. I (living wo/man first name in
lower) do not accept the contract offer (case reference Name & Number) and I (living wo/man
first name in lower) do not consent to any further proceedings or interference in my private
matters from any other corporate entities.

The law can only be true law by consent as you will know: consensus facit legem. Despite regular
communication by me (living wo/man first name-middle name in lower), attempted entrapment by
‘UK’ government, a for-profit commercial corporation is rampant and is criminal coercion.  I (living
wo/man first name-middle name in lower) require that you (living wo/man first and surname) cease
and desist immediately.  I give you (living wo/man first and surname) seven days notice and any
failure by lawful rebuttal of you (living wo/man first name) will confirm estoppel by acquiescence.
