To disable the rearm of activation for ace.exe:

- Download the "FLEXnet Connect Software Manager" from
http://consumerdocs.installshield.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?
externalId=Q111006&sliceId=1 , then install it.
- Then in the start menu look for "software updates".
- Open software manager then let it load.
- Then look for alldata and set the updates to manual instead of everyday at 12.
- There is no need to delete anything.
- You no longer have to worry about it rearming again.
