As we all know, proper work – out program and diet plan are necessary to ensure
body’s good posture and shape. Individuals need to know and understand the
importance of following the appropriate work – outs that are suited accordingly to their
body physique.
As these matters are being incorporated in the curriculum, we, the students from
Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges, under the program of Teacher Education, major
in Physical Education, were given task to conduct an interview regarding to proper work
– out program and diet plan.
Thus, we are humbly asking a permission to conduct an interview from your good
office with your licensed gym trainers.
