Dear Sirs,
Premises: Unit 2409, 24th Floor of China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, Hong Kong
We would like to enclose herewith a set of Tenancy Agreement (in duplicate) in respect of the
captioned Premises for your signature. Please arrange your director(s) or authorized person(s) to sign
for and on behalf of your Company with company chop and return the Tenancy Agreement (in
duplicate) on or before 30th January 2020 with the following cheques and documents.
1. A cheque in favour of Shun Tak Centre Limited in the sum of HK$405,256.70 being the 3
months’ deposit ($302,324.40), 1 month’s advance payment ($100,774.80) and half share of stamp
duty ($2,157.50);
2. A cheque in favour of Shun Tak Real Estate Limited in the sum of $3,000.00 being the lease
preparation fee;
3. Certified copy of the following documents of “Shun Tak Investment Consultancy (HK)
Company Limited”:-
a. Board Minutes authorizing the execution of the Tenancy Agreement and any subsequent
amendments thereto;
b. Memorandum and Articles of Association;
c. Latest Annual Return and Forms ND2A and/or NR1 (if any) as filed with Companies
Registry;
d. Certificate of Incorporation;
e. Current Business Registration Certificate; and
4. Copies of Hong Kong Identity Cards/Passports of the signatory.
We wish to emphasize that nothing contained in this letter and the enclosed documents is binding on
the Landlord and/or its agent unless and until the Tenancy Agreement has been executed by the
Landlord.
