Re: June and September 2020 Insertion Order Agreement

As discussed, this letter confirms Calithera’s insertion order of a full one-page ad in four color in
the June and September 2020 editions of Kidney Cancer Journal. All the contents on the one-
page ad and the one-page ad itself must be reviewed and approved by Calithera Compliance
team prior to any production or dissemination.

Materials Due: Jun 8, 2020 and Sept. 8, 2020

Costs: $6,000 US Dollars per publication

Total Advertising Program - $12,000 US Dollars. Net.

Term: Following publication, tearsheets and invoice will be provided. Payable net 30 days after
receiving an undisputed invoice by Calithera.
