We asked four questions to him and these questions and answers are given below:
Qs: Tell us something about the organization?
o Answer: MD. Salahuddin said that, they open their shop at 9:30 am and after that each employee is given a target to fill up plus an overall brief is given to them that ,how will employees fill up their target, how will they improve their performance and how will they increase their selling level.
Qs: How do they maintain their product quality?
o Answer: MD. Salahuddin told us that, their products are all being verified before sending products to their shops and before displaying those products in front of the shop, they do recheck.
Qs: How do they maintain a relationship between employees and customers?
o Answer: MD. Salahuddin told that, when a customer comes to visit their shop, firstly, they greeted them with “ Salam” and then said that, “How can I help you, Sir/Mam?” and if the employees are busy and in a rush then they said, “ Please, take a seat sir/mam” after that they asked the customer that, ‘how can they help him/her?’ then the employee showed him/her products according to the customer's perception and then the employee showed the new collection and also suggested suitable products for the customer. Qs: What kind of problems do you deal with and how you overcome? o Answer: Me Salahuddin said, “We provide 1 month of warranty and free servicing with products, and for regular loyal customers we provide 2/3 months free servicing and all the employees behave so well with customers.”
