MOVIE REVIEW – The Three Idiots

The story and the scenes were very comical and funny. It illustrates real friendship

among three college fiends who stood the test of time. It also highlights how friends can

make a huge influence as to their aspirations and perspectives which is a real reflection of

how rare true friends are.

I most appreciate in the movie the intellect Rancho has despite all of ViRus’ effort to

put him down, mock him and humiliate him. As a teacher, we should not have favorites

(Raju) because these favorites might become monsters in the future. We should also not

put students down, especially those students who are showing signs of intellect, instead,

we should encourage them and not think of them as competitors. We should be proud that

we are able to produce students who are greater in us, take pride in them for in that

situation, we have “really taught.” What a cruel game that destiny played when, the

student who ViRus hate much is the one to help his daughter give birth and be the person

to whom the pen (ViRus Pen) shall be awarded to.

It should also be noted that extreme competition with one another that triggers

insecurity be eradicated. We all have our strengths and uniqueness, we are functional

members of the society, therefore let us all just help one another to attain greater sues.

Grudges and vengeance should not have even the tiniest room in our hearts and minds.
