- Email supplied on 5/21/20- Containing link to Dropbox files of DWG's for this project. The link contained DWG's of each floor plan for this
project. Layout assistant had provided a layout drawing for the North Tower at Hunter's Point South, and was then asked to help provide
the same style layout for the South Tower. Within the email sent to Hanover, the contractor had supplied a takeoff for nominal 2'x2'

- A discrepancy with these layout drawings is the outline for the individual roof terraces. The CAD files contained dense amounts of
information which made determining the outlines for the terraces difficult. Hanover does not guarantee that the outlines for each terrace
exact, which may cause the total quantities given to vary in an as-built condition. Also, some of these layouts may require small cut

Roof area and Pedestal quantities have been established from the following architect supplied information:
- Email supplied on 5/21/20- Containing link to Dropbox files of DWG's for this project. The link contained DWG's of each floor plan for this
project. Layout assistant had provided a layout drawing for the North Tower at Hunter's Point South, and was then asked to help provide
the same style layout for the South Tower. Within the email sent to Hanover, the contractor had supplied a takeoff for nominal 2'x2'
pavers for each floor, consisting of 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 44th, and the main roof area. Layout assistant composed each page of the
layout assistant for each one of these floors.

- A discrepancy with these layout drawings is the outline for the individual roof terraces. The CAD files contained dense amounts of
information which made determining the outlines for the terraces difficult. Hanover does not guarantee that the outlines for each terrace
exact, which may cause the total quantities given to vary in an as-built condition. Also, some of these layouts may require small cut
pavers that are too small to be properly supported by Hanover's pedestal systems. Additional points of contact may be required to

- Please note that Hanover's Guardian Paver system has tested uplift pressures of -81 PSF. The engineer or architect shall determine that

Email on 6/12/20- Layout assistant was asked to revised the main roof plan to include pavers and pedestals on the interior portion of the
roof. Customer stated that this area was enclosed by a screen and that this area was included their scope of work. A main concern with

pavers and pedestals within this area is that on the drawing was labeled 2 large water tanks, that may create a dead load problem for the
pavers. Layout assistant included pavers in the area with the water tanks, but if the water tanks exceed the weight capacity of Hanover's
paver and pedestal systems, than the pavers will need to be cut around the tanks. Therefore, quantities for the main roof area may vary
