A RESOLUTION ON THE USAGE OF THE SOUND SYSTEM


PURCHASED BY CIT-SG, ELITE CLUB, KAWIKA & E-SOFT

Whereas, the sound system (receipts of which are hereby attached), was purchased
upon the joint contribution of four student organizations namely the CIT-SG (Student
Government), the ELITE (English Learners for Industrial Technology Enthusiasts), KAWIKA, and E-
SOFT, all of which are accredited organizations in EARIST.

Whereas, the breakdown of the combined funds used for the purchase of the sound
system are as follows: 1) CIT-SG shouldering P13,500.00 (income from the org.shirts); 2) ELITE
Club shouldering P2,500.00 (portion from its membership fees); 3) KAWIKA shouldering
P2,500.00 (portion from its membership fees); and 4) E-SOFT shouldering P1,500 (portion from
its membership fees, thereby coming up with the total amount of P20,000.00, which was
utilized for the purchase of the sound system equipment.

Whereas, the appointed property custodian for the sound system equipment shall be
the CIT Dean and his office staff together with the faculty advisers of said organizations. The CIT
Dean shall appoint any of his staff or any of the faculty advisers of the four organizations to
inspect the condition of the equipment for maintenance purposes. The sound equipment may
be stored in the following rooms: Dean’s Office/CIT-SG Office/CIT Research Room.

Whereas, the sound system may be used by any of the four contributing organizations
for free. Each should however assign its own team of soundmen to operate and control the
sound system equipment in the event of a program or any function.

Whereas, the sound system may be used by other CIT student organizations for a
minimal fee of five hundred pesos (P500.00) for every three to four hours only, within the
premises of EARIST for maintenance fund.

Whereas, the sound system may be used by other organizations or entities in EARIST for
a minimal fee of five hundred pesos (P1,000.00) for every three to four hours only, within the
premises of EARIST for maintenance fund.

Whereas, a Wallet Card shall be obtained by the CIT-SG, so that all the maintenance
fees shall be deposited therein, properly monitored and audited. The card may be kept by the
CIT Dean or any of the faculty advisers of the four organizations.
Whereas, in the event that any act of mishandling or neglect on the part of the
borrower could be proven, replacement of damaged equipment or monetization shall be
required.

Whereas, in the event of transition of leaderships, the incoming presidents of the four
students organizations together with their faculty advisers, shall carry on with this agreement.
Revisions may be done through a formal consensus of officers of the four student organizations
together with faculty advisers.

Resolved as it is hereby resolved that these stipulations shall be observed.
