Millennium Evo Single Point Watering System (includes mini pump and
5 gallon water tank):

The Millennium Evo Battery Watering System simplifies the difficult task of watering industrial
batteries. The system consists of automatic shut-off valves, interconnected with tubing, that
replace the existing vent caps. A quick coupling allows the system to be connected to a water
supply. Once connected, water flows into each cell until it reaches the correct level. A flow
indicator built into the water supply tells the operator when filling has been completed. The entire
process takes just 30 seconds per battery.
Mini Pump: The DC powered water supply is practical for light duty applications of 24 cells or
fewer. The mini pump is commonly used with a portable water tank filled with distilled water. This
product works with batteries equipped with Millennium SPW or Pro-Fill systems that have a
BA-QDV-505 quick coupler.

Eagle Eye Industrial Drill in Water Level Indicator Light for Deep Cycle Batteries:

Eagle Eye accurately monitors and displays the status of cell electrolyte levels with a solid green or
blinking red light. Patented Capacitive Sensing Technology, found in many electronics such as touch
screen monitors and cell phones, allows Eagle Eye to measure electrolyte levels, without running
current through the sensing probe. This eliminates any potential corrosion between the plates and
the probe.

Battery Maintenance Guide

General Caring
• Do not discharge (drain) batteries over 70% of rated capacity. (1.140 -1.160 SPG)
• Do not use batteries with specific gravity below 1120
• Properly charge batteries with matched chargers. Do not undercharge or overcharge the battery.
(Voltage, A.H. and type. Max overall AH variance of 10%)
• Always allow your battery to cool down after charging. (Ideal usage: 70% discharge, 6-8 hours
charge time, 4 hours cool down time)
• Contact your Battery Service Representative (BSR) for an inspection if batteries on-charge exceeds
115 degrees F.
• Report any issues (even minor) to your BSR.
Watering
• Add water only as needed to maintain proper electrolyte (acid) level. (Approximately 0.25” below
bottom of vent opening, but above the element protector)
• Always water after charging. (This will help prevent spill overs)
• Only distilled or other approved water sources (e.g. deionized) should be used.
Safety
• Always wear safety equipment when inspecting, servicing or working near batteries.
• Major electrolyte spill-overs should be reported to your battery service company as they can affect
battery performance and may possibly contain sulfuric acid, lead compounds.
• Never add acid to battery, only approved water. (Acid adjustment svc. is available)
• Always keep vent caps tightly in place. (Removal is fine while watering)
• Open battery and truck covers during charge and ensure adequate ventilation exists in all areas
where batteries are being charged.
• Batteries will produce a flammable/explosive gasses. Never smoke, allow sparks, or allow any open
flame near a battery.
• Always ensure no metal objects come into contact with the inter-cell connectors, or cable ends of a
battery.
• Always keep batteries clean, dry, and free from foreign objects.

Industrial Battery Limited Warranty
ForeverPure Corporation warrants their industrial batteries against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of five (5) years from the date of receipt for batteries containing nine (9) or more plates, for a period of
three (3) years for batteries containing five (5) to seven (7) plates, and for a period of one (1) year for batteries
containing two (2) plate to four (4) plates.

During the warranty period, if a battery fails to supply 80% of the six (6) hour rated capacity when tested under
supervision and according to standards, it shall be repaired or replaced at ForeverPure Corporation's discretion.
There will be part(s) replacement only; all other expenses will not be included. The replacement battery shall only
be warranted for the remainder of the unused portion of the original battery warranty. Credit for any defective
battery shall be prorated based upon the original purchase price, the length of the warranty, and the time
remaining on the warranty.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Each battery is of the proper size, design, and capacity for the duty cycle it is intended
to perform and shall never exceed that value during the warranty period.
2. Batteries are to be limited to one cycle charge and discharge within a twenty-four (24)
hour day of no more than 80% of the rated capacity, and no more than 300 cycles per
calendar year.
3. Each battery is to be charged on an approved and properly sized charger that meets or
exceeds the latest BCI Standards, for industrial truck chargers. Chargers are required to
have the proper capacity rating, voltages and charging start and finish rates to completely
recharge the battery to specified specific gravity before subsequent discharge.
Recharging must occur during the twenty-four hour, per Note 2 above.
4. Maintenance and cycle records shall be kept in accordance to manufacturer’s guidelines.
Such records must be submitted to ForeverPure Corporation at the time of the warranty
claim in order to qualify for protection under the warranty requirements.
5. Sufficient electrolyte levels must be maintained in each cell at all times by the addition
of approved purified water with TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) less than 50 ppm. The
addition of acid or other additives voids this warranty.
6. This warranty is void should average electrolyte temperatures be in excess of 115° F, or
below 50° F.
7. This warranty is void should it be determined that any battery(s) has been modified,
abused, misused, or damaged by anything other than by normal use.
8. This warranty is void should repairs be performed by anyone other than ForeverPure
Corporation., or one of its designated service representatives.
9. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferrable.
10. This warranty is not applicable and void for batteries used in heavy-duty applications such
as, but not limited to, mill, foundry, and forging operations.

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. FOREVERPURE
CORPORATION ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY
KIND WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHERWISE, FROM THE POSSESSION OR THE USE
OF THE BATTERY(S). NO CLAIM SHALL EVER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE BATTERY(S).
